Part of our ever-evolving portfolio is one of London’s most prestigious NEW private event spaces. Situated in the heart of London, it packs state of the art technology and facilities, in a truly amazing and iconic building. As Sales Manager, you will take commercial responsibility for this exciting flagship venture. Your role will be to define the sales strategy and proposition, delivering strong pipeline, conversion and profitability. Working closely with our Marketing, Events and Operations teams, you will collectively establish this as one of the most sought-after event spaces in London.

Key areas of focus:
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Manage sales process from qualified lead through to completion of sale and CRM management.
  • Implement best practice to maximise forecasting accuracy and pipeline conversion.
  • Collaborate with internal functions to develop our events proposition, and ensure we have outstanding sales collateral.
  • Research the market to identify key target clients and formulate who and how to approach them.
  • Develop relationships with key corporate clients, understanding drivers and needs to demonstrate the benefits of flexible working.
  • Build account management plans for our existing clients, focusing on retention and identifying additional revenue streams.
  • Identify additional revenue streams and implement processes to achieve these.
  • Build the sales pipeline through networking, agent/broker relationships, presentations, events and outreach, ensuring we have strong lead generation.
  • Ensure we have a winning proposition that means we effectively convey our value proposition to clients and consistently outmatch our competitors working with real estate, operations and facilities teams to ensure delivery is seamless.
  • Provide accurate reporting and feedback on the members and provide strategic feedback to marketing on areas to focus on.
Who we are looking for:
  • Experienced Sales Manager, with a strong track record of creating and exceeding new business targets.
  • Proven track record of developing sales pipelines from scratch and converting leads to sales.
  • Events related sales experience, ideally with corporate clients.
  • We are flexible on your industry - whether that is workspace, meetings, hospitality etc - and also if you have worked in-house or for an events/venue operator.
  • Successful track record in constructing account plans and implementing changes to the business processes and products to reflect these.
  • Strong customer focus, able to create win-win scenarios.
  • Pro-active and hands on individual who takes ownership and responsibility for completing tasks.
  • Strong work ethic, used to working in a demanding environment.
  • Works at pace and able to cope with ambiguity and change.
  • Equally comfortable working on planning and strategy or doing hands-on delivery.
  • Highly credible and used to influencing at senior level.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Collaborative, a strong team player.
  • Strong analytics skills with the ability to analyse data to drive strategic decisions.
