We work with some of the UK’s most exciting hospitality brands, combining creative, content, and performance marketing to drive real commercial results. The Role
We’re looking for a Social Media & Content Executive to join our creative team - someone who understands content, knows what performs, and is confident bringing ideas to life. This is a hands-on role, working across photography, video, and social content - both on shoots and in the day-to-day delivery of client work. You’ll work closely with our Head of Creative, Account Managers, and wider team to plan, capture, and deliver content that looks great - and works commercially.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Creating photo and video content for social, web, and campaigns
- Shooting on location at hotels across the UK
- Editing content for: Instagram (Reels, Stories, posts), Paid social campaigns, Website use
- Supporting on content capture days (planning, setup, execution)
- Contributing to creative ideas and content direction
- Working with Account Managers and Head of Creative to align content with client strategy
- Helping maintain consistent output across multiple clients
- Staying on top of social trends and platform updates
- Managing multiple social accounts across various channels, with an emphasis on Meta.
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years experience in content creation (photo + video)
- Confident using a camera and capturing high-quality content
- Strong understanding of social-first content (especially Instagram & Reels)
- Experience editing using tools like: Premiere Pro / DaVinci Resolve, Lightroom / Photoshop, Mobile editing tools like Instagram Edits & CapCut, Canva
- Ability to work both: Independently on shoots, As part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and organisation
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, client-facing environments
- Previous agency or hotel experience
Bonus Points
- Experience in hospitality, travel, or lifestyle brands
- Drone experience (not essential)
- Understanding of what content performs commercially (not just creatively)
Essential Requirements
- Based in the local Edinburgh area.
- Full UK driving licence
- Willingness to travel across the UK for shoots
