If you’re looking to kick-start your career in IT and are ready to learn, curious and hands-on then carry on reading. We’re looking for our next IT Support Apprentice to work alongside our experienced engineers to provide first line IT support whilst building skills in trouble-shooting, networking and customer service.
Responsibilities
- Answering and logging IT support requests
- Basic troubleshooting
- Prepare and configure laptops, desktops and mobile devices
- Support the setup of printers, phones and peripherals
- Escalate complex IT issues
- Keep detailed notes in the ticketing system
- Learn and follow IT procedures, security policies and best practices.
Requirements
- A genuine interest in IT and technology
- Good problem-solving and communication skills
- Basic understanding of MS Windows and O365
- English and maths GCSEs
- Driving licence
- Trustworthy
