This job post is for Filipino Virtual Assistants based in the Philippines, with at least 3 years of remote experience as a UK Property Manager.

What You’ll Do:

  • Manage tenancy documentation, renewals, and compliance records
  • Coordinate maintenance requests with tenants, contractors, and landlords
  • Update property listings, respond to tenant inquiries, and manage calendars
  • Handle admin and bookkeeping tasks, including rent tracking and reconciliation
  • Maintain accurate records and communicate updates to clients efficiently
  • Assist with HMO management, single lets, or Airbnb operations (where applicable)
