This job post is for Filipino Virtual Assistants based in the Philippines, and with at least 3 years of remote experience as an Outbound SDR and Lead Generation Specialist.

About PropPerly Co. UK:

  • PropPerly is a UK-based virtual assistant agency helping businesses hire high-quality remote VAs (Property, PA/EA, Admin, Airbnb, etc.) at a fraction of in-house costs. We are hiring an Outbound SDR and Lead Generation Specialist to own lead generation and outbound, spot buying signals, follow up with warm leads, and book calls. This role can later grow into sales calls and closing. This is not a generic VA role.
  • Hours & Pay:

    Full-time (40 hours per week)

    Rate: $5 to $8 per hour (based on experience), paid in USD via Wise

    Performance-based growth & responsibility

    Key Responsibilities:

    (1) Lead Generation

    Build lead lists from Indeed, Google Maps, Apollo, LinkedIn

    Identify decision-makers (Founders, Directors, Property Managers)

    Segment leads by niche (Property, EA/PA, SMBs)

    (2) Outbound & Automation

    Launch and manage campaigns using Instantly

    Monitor opens, clicks, website visits, Calendly visits

    Tag leads correctly (hot / warm / call / follow-up)

    Suggest improvements to sequences and messaging

    (3) Follow-ups & Calls

    Follow up with engaged leads via email & WhatsApp

    Make warm calls and book calls for the founder

    Flag high-intent leads immediately

    (4) Ownership

    Own the outbound pipeline

    Proactively suggest strategies and next steps

    Report daily/weekly on warm leads & opportunities

    Required Tools (Non-Negotiable):

    Instantly (campaigns, analytics, automations, tagging)

    Apollo (scraping & enrichment)

    Google Maps lead sourcing

    LinkedIn lead research / Sales Navigator

    Nice to Have:

    HubSpot or CRM logic

    Previous appointment-setting experience

    What Were Looking For:

    Previous experience as an Outbound SDR and Lead Generation Specialist.

    Comfortable with warm sales calls

    Proactive, analytical, and commercially minded

    Strong English (written & spoken)

    This role must be your main job (no other full-time role)
