This job post is for Filipino Virtual Assistants based in the Philippines, with at least 3 years of remote experience as an Executive Assistant to the CEO (UK-facing experience preferred). We are seeking a proactive Executive Assistant to support a busy CEO, confidently engaging with high-level clients such as Savills and CBRE. The ideal candidate represents the CEO with professionalism and clarity, communicates credibly with senior stakeholders, and ensures smooth executive operations with minimal supervision.
What You'll Do:
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, prioritizing and escalating key matters on behalf of the CEO
- Confidently communicate with corporate clients, stakeholders, and partners
- Optimize and oversee the CEO's calendar across multiple time zones
- Coordinate meetings with senior executives and external corporate contacts
- Draft, review, and send professional email correspondence
- Prepare call briefs, summaries, and meeting notes for executive review
- Implement proactive reminders and follow-ups to ensure deadlines, meetings, and client commitments are met
What We're Looking For (non-negotiable):
- At least 25 years old, College Graduate (Business / Management / Marketing / Hospitality)
- At least 3 years of remote experience as an Executive Assistant to the CEO
- Proven experience in real estate, property, or corporate advisory sectors
- Prior experience working with large corporate firms or brokerage environments
- Confident in communicating with corporate and high-level clients
- Proactive, solutions-driven, and able to anticipate executive needs
- Proficiency in CRM and calendar management systems
- Experience managing high-volume phone responsibilities
- Excellent written and spoken English (UK standard)
- Strong organizational, prioritization, and time-management skills
- Discreet, reliable, and able to work independently
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Stable internet connection and suitable remote setup
- Full-time commitment not working with multiple clients
