Schedule:
UK Business Hours, between 8 AM and 5 PM (between 4 PM and 1 AM PH Time)
Full-Time or Part-Time (Long-Term Placement)
What Youll Do:
Manage calendars, appointments, and meetings for a UK client
Handle email correspondence and follow-ups professionally
Prepare documents, reports, and presentations
Perform data entry and maintain organized digital files
Coordinate deadlines, reminders, and online meetings
Conduct online research and provide ad hoc administrative support
Assist with personal or client-specific tasks as required
What We\βre Looking For:
3+ years of remote experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant to the CEO / Managing Director / Business Owner.
Excellent written and spoken English (UK standard)
Strong organizational, prioritization, and time-management skills
Discreet, reliable, and able to work independently
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
Stable internet connection and suitable remote setup
Full-time commitment not working with multiple clients
