Tired of writing content that gets published and then politely ignored? Ever wondered what it's like to step inside someone else's mind, adopt their voice, and help them build an audience that actually listens, engages, and buys? If you're a writer who can read between the lines of someone's worldview, turn half-formed ideas into sharp insights, and make founders sound exceptional without losing their authenticity, this role may be exactly what you're looking for.
Pearl Lemon is a UK-registered, London-headquartered growth agency founded in **** by Deepak Shukla (ex-Deloitte consultant, TEDx speaker, and contributor). Today, Pearl Lemon operates as a multi-brand ecosystem across SEO, lead generation, PR, legal, accounting, hospitality, and game development. We are remote-first, globally distributed, and relentlessly performance-focused.
- 130+ team members across 30+ nationalities
- Clients and audiences across 4+ continents
- 1,000+ inbound leads generated monthly
- Public reviews on Trustpilot, Glassdoor, and Google
- A culture built on speed, ownership, transparency, and learning
This is not a content mill. Writing here directly impacts growth, reputation, and revenue. Your job is simple to explain and difficult to execute well. You will study founders, executives, consultants, and operators. You will absorb how they think, speak, and see the world. Then you'll turn that insight into platform-native content for LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Facebook, and beyond. This is not generic social media writing. It's voice replication, audience psychology, and strategic storytelling combined.
You’ll create content that:
- Sounds unmistakably like the person behind it
- Sparks meaningful engagement and conversations
- Builds long-term credibility, not vanity metrics
- Turns attention into inbound opportunities
In short, you help people become known. In your first 90 days, you’ll:
- Internalise the voice of 24 personal brands
- Publish consistent, high-quality content across platforms
- Improve engagement, profile views, and follower growth
- Build content pillars that compound over time
- Proactively suggest angles, narratives, and frameworks
Your writing will directly influence lead flow, sales conversations, media visibility, and brand perception. Interview and shadow founders to understand how they think. Study past content, comments, DMs, and audience reactions. Turn rough voice notes or ideas into polished posts. Write short-form content tailored to each platform's algorithm and audience behaviour. Test hooks, formats, and storytelling angles quickly. Iterate based on performance data, not ego. Collaborate with PR, SEO, and growth teams to align messaging.
If you enjoy psychology, positioning, and narrative, this role will challenge you in the best way. You're likely a strong fit if you:
- Can naturally mirror tone, rhythm, and vocabulary
- Obsess over why some posts perform and others don't
- Understand that LinkedIn, Twitter, and Facebook require different approaches
- Think like a strategist, not just a writer
- Are comfortable with direct feedback and fast iteration
- Prefer autonomy over micromanagement
Bonus if you've ghostwritten for founders, coaches, consultants, executives, or B2B personal brands. Mentorship inside a fast-moving growth ecosystem. Training through Pearl Lemon Academy and internal programs. Ownership of accounts and outcomes. Exposure to global markets and audiences. Clear progression into senior content or strategy roles.
You won't just write posts. You'll learn how influence is built. Apply with:
- A short note explaining why this role excites you
- Examples of writing where you adapted to someone else's voice (Optional)
- A LinkedIn-style post written in another person's voice
We don't want perfection. We want instinct, curiosity, and range.
