We are looking for a proactive and empathetic Executive Assistant to support daily operations, manage client communications, and help streamline administrative processes. This is a part-time role that may grow into full-time for the right candidate.

Job Type: Part-time (20 hours/week) | Monday to Friday, 12:00 PM - 4:00 PM UK Time

Salary: $4.00 per hour

Remote: PH-based applicants only

Responsibilities:

  • Manage client communications: Respond to inquiries from the website through WhatsApp and email, acting as the first point of contact
  • Arrange appointments and manage diaries: Schedule client appointments, coordinate with the practitioner, and send necessary paperwork
  • Process weekly invoices using Xero
  • Research business funding activities
  • Administer new mental health processes: Assist with administrative tasks for new processes within the sector
  • Create backups for client notes
