The SEO Strategist is responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing all SEO initiatives across client accounts. This role involves developing SEO proposals, managing and reviewing SEO deliverables, reporting on performance, and ensuring high-quality SEO execution across the team. The Strategist also provides guidance and quality assurance for new and existing team members to maintain SEO standards and best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and contribute to SEO proposals, audits, and strategic roadmaps aligned with client goals.
- Plan and execute on-page, technical, and off-page SEO strategies.
- Coordinate with writers, link builders, and project managers to ensure SEO best practices are followed.
- Perform SEO QA and reviews of content, links, and technical implementations, especially for new team members.
- Monitor SEO performance and prepare client reports with insights, recommendations, and next steps.
- Analyze keyword rankings, traffic trends, and conversion data to refine strategy.
