Our company is seeking a skilled Customer Support Representative to join us as a vital member of our customer service department. You will play a crucial role in managing customer interactions, ensuring timely and accurate assistance, and supporting our strategic customer service operations to drive the company\’s growth.
Responsibilities include:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing accurate and helpful information.
Ensure customer issues are resolved efficiently and professionally, maintaining high satisfaction levels.
Manage and document customer interactions, including complaints, feedback, and service requests.
Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and improve service processes.
Monitor customer feedback and identify areas for service improvement.
