We are a fast-scaling personal healthcare eCommerce company primarily operating on Amazon, with plans for product expansion and off-Amazon marketing growth. We’re seeking a Creative Content Creator & Manager to support our Sales & Marketing Manager in developing content strategies, creating engaging assets, and managing workflows.

• Content Creation: Develop engaging, platform-specific content for social media (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts) and product listings (Amazon, Shopify).
• Asset Development: Produce high-quality visuals, videos, and infographics for marketing campaigns and A+ listings. Manage third parties involved in content production to ensure timely and quality deliverables.
• Campaigns & Planning: Plan content calendars, manage campaigns, write creative project briefs, and use data insights to optimise engagement.
• Brand Consistency: Ensure cohesive brand voice and visual identity across all platforms.
• Tools & Workflow: Utilise Airtable, Canva, Adobe Suite, and CapCut to organise and create content.
• Proven experience in eCommerce content creation, particularly for Amazon or product-focused brands.
• Strong understanding of social media algorithms (TikTok, Instagram) and listing requirements.
• Proficiency in photography, videography, and editing.
• Based in the Eastern EU for quick and easy access to product samples.
• Complete fluency in English, both written and spoken.
