We are seeking ahighly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead the full sales cycle and drive revenue growth. This is a100% remote, freelance, commission-based role (17% commission per sale), making it an excellent opportunity for a dynamic sales professional eager to maximize their earning potential.
- Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
- Identify and target potential clients across industries, including corporate organizations, government agencies, and NGOs.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to generate leads and drive conversions.
- Conduct outreach efforts via email, LinkedIn, networking events, and other channels.
- Present and pitch our crisis management solutions to key decision-makers.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to close high-value deals.
- Maintain strong client relationships and identify upselling/cross-selling opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction.
- Track and report sales performance using CRM tools.
- Proven experience or equal enthusiasm in B2B sales, business development, or consultative selling.
- Experience incrisis management, risk consulting, corporate training, or related fields is a plus.
- Strong prospecting and lead generation skills .
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with C-suite and senior decision-makers.
- Self-motivated and target-driven with the ability to work independently.
- Ability to manage long sales cycles and complex client requirements.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Access to a strong professional network within relevant industries is advantageous.
- 100% commission-based role with an attractive17% commission on every successful sale – with potential of earning up to £6,000 per month.
