We are seeking ahighly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead the full sales cycle and drive revenue growth. This is a100% remote, freelance, commission-based role (17% commission per sale), making it an excellent opportunity for a dynamic sales professional eager to maximize their earning potential.

  • Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
  • Identify and target potential clients across industries, including corporate organizations, government agencies, and NGOs.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to generate leads and drive conversions.
  • Conduct outreach efforts via email, LinkedIn, networking events, and other channels.
  • Present and pitch our crisis management solutions to key decision-makers.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to close high-value deals.
  • Maintain strong client relationships and identify upselling/cross-selling opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction.
  • Track and report sales performance using CRM tools.
  • Proven experience or equal enthusiasm in B2B sales, business development, or consultative selling.
  • Experience incrisis management, risk consulting, corporate training, or related fields is a plus.
  • Strong prospecting and lead generation skills .
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with C-suite and senior decision-makers.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven with the ability to work independently.
  • Ability to manage long sales cycles and complex client requirements.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Access to a strong professional network within relevant industries is advantageous.
  • 100% commission-based role with an attractive17% commission on every successful sale – with potential of earning up to £6,000 per month.
