Role Overview: We are seeking a diligent and hardworking Follow-Up Specialist to join our sales team. This role involves efficiently managing and optimizing our lead follow-up processes to significantly increase appointment booking rates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Consistently follow up with warm leads to schedule appointments.
  • Send personalized and engaging follow-up messages using established templates and creative personalization.
  • Coordinate closely with the sales team to ensure seamless handover of leads.
  • Track and document all follow-up activities and outcomes accurately in spreadsheets.
  • Regularly update the team on follow-up outcomes, highlighting insights and opportunities for improvement.
  • Assist in managing and updating internal Google Docs and tracking systems for personalized video outreach.

Qualifications:

  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to scale efforts up to 8-12 hours/day as needed.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and reliable.
  • Comfortable with technology and proficient in using Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs).
  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or lead management preferred but not required.
