As a Senior Product Designer within our Marketing Hub team, you'll shape innovative, high-impact product experiences that help customers manage and optimize their marketing messages so they can grow their business.
You'll lead discovery to find new opportunities to increase marketers' effectiveness, influence product strategy, and partner deeply with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality experiences that are easy-to-use and meaningfully improve customer outcomes. What You'll Do
- Design for customer outcomes in Messaging: build experiences that help marketers manage their messages at scale, and optimize their strategy for improved outcomes.
- Shape product strategy: identify new problem spaces and opportunities, influencing long-term product direction. Communicate design vision and decisions clearly to cross-functional partners and leadership.
- Use AI thoughtfully: Design experiences that apply AI to real customer needs – helping people focus, act, and grow through useful insights and automation, while maintaining trust and transparency at every step.
- Collaborate across teams and disciplines: Work hand-in-hand with PMs, engineers, researchers, and product designers to ensure a cohesive experience which balances user, business, and technical needs.
- Think at the systems-level: Develop frameworks, systems, and patterns that raise quality and improve consistency across HubSpot's platform.
- Measure, learn, iterate: Define success for every milestone, ship fast (and right), and continuously improve the experience based on insight.
- Foster a bold, inclusive culture: Elevate team craft, mentor others, share feedback, and provide thoughtful critique.
