We're expanding our Usage Experience (Frontend) teams and hiring a Technical Lead to help shape this critical area. Usage-Based Billing is one of the most important initiatives HubSpot is undertaking in 2026. Our goal is to tie customer value directly to how we bill and to scale HubSpot alongside our customers' success. As we expand our credits-driven products across the company, you'll help build the frontend experiences that give customers greater control, predictability, and visibility into their usage. This work sits directly on the path to revenue and plays a central role in how AI-powered products are monetised. This is a hands‑on Technical Lead role with meaningful ownership from day one. You'll help define the frontend foundations of a growing team while building net‑new customer-facing features on top of an existing product. Working closely with an established Product Manager and Designer, you'll translate complex pricing and usage concepts into clear, intuitive user experiences.
Responsibilities
- Building new frontend features for usage-based billing and credit experiences
- Translating complex pricing, usage, and monetisation concepts into clear, intuitive UI
- Leading frontend technical decisions using React and TypeScript
- Setting patterns and standards as the frontend function grows
- Collaborating deeply with Product, Design, Pricing & Strategy, and Finance
- Helping ramp up additional frontend engineers as the team scales
- Leading larger initiatives across monetisation and credits
- Shaping how AI products are sold and scaled, influencing frontend direction beyond your immediate team
