As an Account Executive at HubSpot, you will leverage both inbound and outbound selling strategies to identify and close new business opportunities. You will play a crucial role in helping clients enhance their operations and growth using the HubSpot software.
Responsibilities
- You employ outbound sales methodologies including prospecting, cold calling, and networking to reach potential clients and build a robust pipeline.
- You utilise inbound selling strategies to benefit from inbound leads and collaborate effectively with Business Development Representatives to research prospects and develop targeted outreach strategies.
- You deliver compelling online demos of the HubSpot software to showcase its features and successfully communicate the HubSpot value proposition.
- You drive the entire sales process from initial contact to closing, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for new clients.
- You target and engage primarily with small and mid-sized businesses, understanding their unique needs and positioning HubSpot solutions for maximum impact.
- You maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the HubSpot CRM system.
- Quickly identify challenges that our prospective customers face and discover the best inbound marketing solutions for their business.
- Consistently close new business at or above quota level.
- Nurture relationships with highly qualified opportunities at mid-sized companies.
- Build relationships with prospects and internal stakeholders to grow new business.
- Work collaboratively with HubSpot's marketing and technology departments to evolve our sales strategy when new features and products are introduced.

Qualifications
- 3-4 years of Closing Sales experience.
- Fluency in English. Arabic would be a plus.
- Experience in the Middle East market.
- Unmatched consultative selling and closing skills.
- Accurate forecasting and pipeline management.
- Track record of being a high performer (e.g., over quota, President’s Club).
- A sharp focus on your goals and a strong approach for achieving them.
- Strong communication, time management, and adaptability in order to be set up for success remotely.
- Experience working in a high-growth, "scale up" environment.
