Our client is looking for a HubSpot Product Owner to take full ownership of their HubSpot ecosystem, leading the rebuild, optimization, and long-term governance of the platform across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success. The focus is not just day-to-day CRM administration — it’s defining how HubSpot is structured, how data flows through it, and how it supports the full customer lifecycle.

What you’ll own:

  • End-to-end ownership of HubSpot architecture, configuration, and governance
  • Definition of data models, lifecycle stages, and system structure
  • Alignment of HubSpot to a redesigned end-to-end customer journey
  • Cross-functional partnership with Marketing, Sales, and CS leadership to translate business needs into system design
  • Ownership of integrations and technical enablement
  • API-based integrations between systems
  • Data transformation and synchronization logic
  • Workflow architecture and automation strategy
  • Light backend scripting as needed

What success looks like:

  • A clean, scalable HubSpot architecture that reflects how the business actually operates
  • Reliable data flow across GTM systems with minimal manual intervention
  • Clear ownership of lifecycle stages, reporting logic, and automation standards
  • A CRM platform that actively enables revenue teams instead of limiting them
