Role Overview
We are seeking highly motivated recruiters to join us as we head into our most exciting phase of growth. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and delivering exceptional talent to cyber security vendors across North America, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia-Pacific. You will be provided the tools and support to build a high-performance 360 desk, onboarding clients, managing multiple processes and building upon your skills with regular training and development, to offer multiple solutions from retained search, project hiring and RPO, all whilst surrounded by high-performance individuals and a superb culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify, target, and win new client accounts.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process: briefing, sourcing, interviewing, closing, and onboarding.
- Develop and maintain a high-quality candidate network through proactive headhunting and pipeline building.
- Build strong, consultative relationships with hiring managers and decision-makers.
- Pitch tailored recruitment solutions, negotiate terms of business, and secure retained or exclusive mandates.
- Attend industry events, webinars, and conferences to build brand presence and client network.
Experience:
- 2+ years' experience in agency recruitment, ideally in tech, SaaS, cybersecurity, or AI. (We are open to individuals from all markets with 360 experience).
- Proven track record of new business wins and successful placements.
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to work towards revenue targets.
- Confident communicator with strong negotiation and client-facing skills.
- Highly motivated, driven, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
