In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and delivering exceptional talent to cyber security vendors across North America, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia-Pacific. You will be provided the tools and support to build a high-performance 360 desk, onboarding clients, managing multiple processes and building upon your skills with regular training and development, to offer multiple solutions from retained search, project hiring and RPO, all whilst surrounded by high-performance individuals and a superb culture.

  • Proactively identify, target, and win new client accounts.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process: briefing, sourcing, interviewing, closing, and onboarding.
  • Develop and maintain a high-quality candidate network through proactive headhunting and pipeline building.
  • Pitch tailored recruitment solutions, negotiate terms of business, and secure retained or exclusive mandates.
  • Attend industry events, webinars, and conferences to build brand presence and client network.

2+ years' experience in agency recruitment, in tech, GTM, SaaS, cybersecurity, or AI. Strong commercial acumen and ability to work towards revenue targets. Work in a high-trust, high-performance environment with global reach and real impact. International travel, company incentives and rewards. Hybrid working with flexibility and autonomy.
