Head of Delivery / Delivery Manager to help us scale the next stage of our journey.

The Opportunity

This is a leadership opportunity for someone who understands what exceptional delivery looks like and wants to play a key role in building a world-class recruitment function.

You'll be responsible for leading and developing our delivery function, managing relationships across our

180, 270 and 360 consultants , improving recruitment processes and ensuring we continue delivering outstanding results for our clients.

This role goes beyond managing a team — you'll help shape how Hubscale scales, develop future leaders and influence the wider business.

You'll have the opportunity to build credibility across the company, identify opportunities for improvement and create an environment where consultants can achieve career-defining results.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach and develop a high-performing delivery team.
  • Support the growth and development of future leaders within Hubscale.
  • Manage relationships with 180, 270 and 360 consultants, ensuring strong collaboration across teams.
  • Own delivery performance, recruitment processes and best practice.
  • Drive improvements across the recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing strategy through to placement.
  • Support account expansion by helping consultants strengthen client relationships and identify opportunities.
  • Identify performance gaps and address challenges in a constructive, high-performance way.
  • Manage onboarding and delivery strategy for new accounts.
  • Continue to be hands‑on — leading from the front by supporting key searches, managing important accounts and demonstrating best practice.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to consultants, helping them improve performance and reach their potential.

What We're Looking For

  • Head of Delivery
  • 8–10+ years recruitment experience.
  • Proven experience leading and developing recruitment teams.
  • Strong understanding of delivery, account management and recruitment operations.
  • Ability to influence experienced consultants and senior stakeholders.
  • A natural coach who enjoys developing people and building future leaders.
  • Credibility within recruitment and the ability to lead from the front.
  • Delivery Manager
  • 5–6+ years recruitment experience.
  • Strong delivery background with aspirations to move into leadership.
  • Someone who can inspire, coach and challenge a team.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • A credible recruiter who people naturally want to follow.
