Lead a sizeable enterprise business. Shape its next phase of growth. Build towards broader leadership.
A global technology company with an established enterprise customer base is entering a new phase of growth. Record quarterly performance, raised full-year expectations and an expanding portfolio across AI infrastructure, data sovereignty and cyber resilience are creating new opportunities with its largest customers.
With a new CRO and EMEA GM in place, the business is investing in the leadership to turn that momentum into sustained growth. This is a key leadership appointment with the backing to shape the UK&I enterprise go-to-market strategy, develop an experienced organisation and influence the wider business.
The foundations are strong: customer relationships, market credibility and a capable team. The opportunity is to build on them, challenge established thinking and take the business further.
Why now?
Enterprise customers are rethinking how they store, manage and protect their data. AI investment, sovereign data requirements and cyber resilience are opening up broader conversations with senior decision-makers.
Recent product launches, acquisitions and expanded technology partnerships give this business a stronger proposition across those priorities. You'll join with commercial momentum behind you and a meaningful opportunity to shape how the organisation converts it into growth.
The role
- Take full commercial responsibility for a significant UK&I Enterprise business.
- Lead an organisation of around 30 people across sales leadership, enterprise accounts and strategic customer engagement.
- Shape the go-to-market strategy across existing customers and new enterprise opportunities.
- Help teams connect AI infrastructure, cloud, data sovereignty and cyber resilience capabilities to customer priorities.
- Strengthen execution, forecasting and accountability across an experienced organisation.
- Develop senior leaders and build a strong succession bench.
- Play an active role in the wider UK leadership team, with influence beyond sales.
- Build executive relationships with some of the UK's largest and most complex organisations.
The challenge
Find the next level of growth in a business that is already performing well.
That means identifying where the opportunity has moved faster than the sales approach, bringing greater focus to strategic accounts and helping experienced teams open new conversations. It also means improving consistency while preserving what already works.
You'll be expected to deliver near-term performance while building the leadership capability and customer relationships that sustain it.
Who this will suit
- An enterprise technology sales leader who has led a sizeable UK&I business of Β£60m or more.
- Someone comfortable leading through experienced first- and second-line managers.
- A leader with strong executive credibility and a track record of growing complex enterprise accounts.
- A commercially sharp operator who can turn an evolving portfolio into a focused sales strategy.
- Someone who develops leaders, challenges constructively and creates clear accountability.
- An ambitious leader with the potential to step into broader GM responsibility over time.
Success will mean a faster-growing business, deeper customer relationships and a stronger leadership team beneath you.
