Business Development Manager – Belfast (Hybrid)

Hubexo is a data‑focused construction industry insight provider. We help suppliers win work, grow revenue, and plan for the future. We’re looking for a results‑driven Business Development Manager to join our growing sales team in Belfast. This is a hands‑on role where you’ll own the full sales cycle—from first contact to close—and play a key role in shaping our UK growth story.

Location: Belfast Hybrid: 3 days in the Belfast office, 2 days from home

About you: You’re commercially curious, motivated, and love seeing results. You have 2+ years of B2B sales experience, a proven record of hitting targets, and confidence in both communication and presentation. You’re proactive about learning, comfortable using CRMs (Zoho experience is a plus), and eager to grow. Experience in the construction or SaaS sector is a bonus, not a requirement.

What you’ll do:

  • Drive new business by engaging with B2B decision‑makers in the construction sector
  • Lead confident, value‑driven conversations that uncover customer needs and challenges
  • Deliver product demonstrations that show the difference Hubexo data can make
  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline in Zoho CRM
  • Present and negotiate proposals that turn prospects into long‑term customers
  • Close deals confidently across phone, video, and in‑person meetings
  • Exceed activity and revenue targets through focus, energy, and ownership
