The Role:

Business Development Manager – Belfast (Hybrid)

We’re looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager to join our sales team in Belfast. This is more than a sales role—it’s your opportunity to take full ownership of the customer journey.

From first contact to closing deals, you’ll show construction businesses how Hubexo unlocks sales growth, sharpens strategy, and gives them a competitive edge. You’ll bring energy, resilience, and belief in what we do.

We’ll give you a solid foundation: hands-on training, expert coaching, and a short sales cycle—many of our people start earning commission within 8 weeks.

This is what you’ll be doing:

  • Driving new business by speaking directly with B2B decision-makers
  • Leading engaging sales conversations that uncover customer pain points
  • Delivering product demos that connect needs to solutions
  • Building and maintaining a strong sales pipeline (3x cover of your target)
  • Presenting and negotiating proposals that win business
  • Closing sales confidently, whether over the phone or in person
  • Tracking activity in Zoho CRM and reporting accurately
  • Exceeding activity targets—calls, meetings, quotes, conversion rates, and revenue
  • Taking pride in delivering an exceptional customer experience from day one

About You:

You’re hungry for success and ready to make an impact. You bring commercial curiosity, confidence on the phone, and a knack for influencing others.

You’ll thrive here if you have:

  • 2–5 years of B2B sales experience
  • A track record of smashing targets in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills
  • Confidence using MS Office and CRM systems (Zoho is a plus)
  • A proactive approach to learning, improving, and growing
  • Experience in the construction sector (advantageous but not essential)
  • Drive, resilience, and the ability to keep going when others stop
