The role:
This is a fantastic early-career opportunity for someone who is enthusiastic, organised, and ready to begin a journey in HR. As a People & Culture Administrator, you’ll play a key supporting role in the People team, helping with the smooth running of day-to-day HR processes across the UK & Ireland. You’ll assist with maintaining employee records, supporting new starters, preparing basic HR documents, and responding to general queries.
You don’t need to have HR experience—but you should bring a willingness to learn, strong attention to detail, and a people-first mindset. In return, we’ll support your development with training, mentoring, and opportunities to get involved in wider People projects as your confidence grows.

This is what you’ll be doing:
- Supporting with maintaining accurate employee records and digital files.
- Creating letters and documentation, such as contracts and probation confirmations (templates provided).
- Helping coordinate new starter checklists, welcome emails, and induction information.
- Ensuring paperwork is completed and right-to-work checks are logged correctly.
- Assisting the People team with scheduling meetings, tracking tasks, and managing reminders for key activities.
- Supporting the creation of basic presentations or internal documents.
- Participating in training and shadowing opportunities across HR areas such as employee relations, communications, or systems.
- Getting involved in small projects that improve our team’s ways of working.
About you:
- An interest in building a career in HR or People Operations.
- Some administrative or office-based experience.
- Great attention to detail and a proactive approach to getting things done.
- A positive attitude and willingness to ask questions, learn, and take feedback.
- Good basic IT skills (e.g., Teams, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook).
