We help the world build better by delivering unrivalled insights and technology that shape places where people live, work and play.

The role: As a Solution Architect for the content tribe, you will set the direction and lead the design of the solution architecture for Hubexo's global content authoring and management solutions. You will utilize cutting-edge architectural patterns such as Serverless Architecture combined with technologies such as AI to evolve the content authoring platforms to their next generation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Architecting solutions for global deployability and scalability, considering performance, data residency, and latency for users and integrations to other Hubexo product and data domains.
  • Designing and supporting the implementation of comprehensive observability frameworks, including logging, monitoring, tracing, and alerting, to provide deep insights into system health, performance, and data quality and provenance.
  • Defining and implementing robust API strategies, ensuring comprehensive support for both GraphQL and REST APIs to serve diverse application needs.
  • Incorporating AI, machine learning and use of LLM's and other services to the solution architecture where relevant.
  • Embedding security considerations into every phase of the architecture, from data ingestion to enrichment, ensuring the solution meets security standards and compliance requirements.
  • Collaborating globally with architects across other Hubexo Tribes.
  • Collaborating closely with and providing architectural guidance, mentorship and support to individual squads responsible for specific components (data ingestion, data enrichment, low-code, APIs, internal content authoring platforms).

Qualifications/Experience:

  • Deep practical experience with AWS services.
  • Strong understanding and experience with designing and implementing APIs (REST, GraphQL).
  • Proven track record in designing, building and optimizing high-throughput, low-latency data ingestion and processing pipelines.
  • Solid understanding of cloud security principles and best practices.
  • Experience with designing comprehensive observability with monitoring, logging and tracing.
  • Experience with data ingestion techniques from various sources.
  • Familiarity with web scraping technologies.
