Shape demand, strengthen engagement and help connect architects and specifiers with the insight, products and support they need. At Hubexo, your work connects to real customer needs across the construction market. We provide data, insights and software that help customers make better decisions, work more efficiently and build more sustainably. You will join a business with trusted brands, strong market knowledge and long-standing customer relationships. In return, we need people who want to build on those foundations, stay close to customer problems and take ownership of work that creates customer value.

This is a maternity cover role focused on the NBS Specifier audience, with responsibility for developing and guiding integrated marketing strategies that drive demand, support revenue goals and strengthen NBS’s presence with architects and specifiers. You will work closely with Marketing, Commercial, Product, Partnerships and Events teams to make sure campaigns are well planned, strategically aligned and delivered effectively. While day-to-day campaign execution sits primarily with Marketing Operations, this role also includes elements of campaign creation and execution across multiple marketing channels. This is a role for someone who can connect audience insight, campaign planning, product positioning and commercial priorities into marketing activity that delivers measurable impact.

NBS plays an important role in supporting specifiers with the information, tools and insight they need across the construction process. This role helps shape how we engage that audience, how we communicate value, and how marketing contributes to demand, pipeline and revenue outcomes. You will help ensure marketing activity is not only creative and well executed, but connected to business goals, customer needs and measurable performance.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Developing annual and quarterly marketing plans aligned to business goals and approved budgets, in collaboration with the VP of Marketing.
  • Producing well-informed campaign content that drives audience engagement and campaign performance.
  • Working with the Partnerships Marketing Manager to align campaign calendars and activity.
  • Collaborating with Marketing Operations and Events teams to support the delivery of effective campaigns.
  • Working closely with Commercial leadership to shape demand generation and retention priorities.
  • Collaborating with Product teams to support product launches, messaging and positioning.
  • Tracking campaign performance, identifying opportunities to optimise activity and reporting on marketing impact.
  • Liaising with relevant third parties, including content writers or PR agency partners, to ensure outputs support agreed strategies.
  • Supporting group-level initiatives and identifying opportunities to improve marketing efficiency globally.

What we’re looking for:

You will bring experience in marketing planning, campaign development and cross-functional delivery, ideally within a B2B, SaaS, data, technology or construction-related environment. You will be comfortable working with commercial, product and marketing stakeholders, turning business priorities into clear campaign plans and audience-focused messaging. You will be able to balance strategy with delivery, using performance insight to improve activity and demonstrate impact. You will be at your best when working close to customer needs, commercial goals and product value.

What good looks like:

  • Campaigns delivered on time, within budget and in line with agreed performance expectations.
  • Marketing activity contributing to lead, pipeline and revenue goals.
  • Positive collaboration with Commercial, Product, Marketing and Leadership teams.
  • Measurable improvement in audience engagement, brand awareness and market presence.
  • Clear reporting that helps the business understand marketing impact and make better decisions.

The Team:

You will work as part of the marketing team, collaborating closely with Marketing Operations, Events, Partnerships Marketing, Product and Commercial leadership. The role sits at the point where audience understanding, campaign planning, product messaging and commercial priorities come together.

Growth and Ownership:

Hubexo is developing the data, insight and software products that help customers across the construction market make better decisions. That creates opportunities for people to build their skills, grow through the work they do and take ownership of contributions that improve how customers use our products and services. In this role, you will have the opportunity to take ownership of marketing strategy and campaign direction for a key audience, while working with teams across the business to deliver meaningful outcomes.
