At Hubexo, we provide data, insights and software that help the construction market make better decisions, win more work, build efficiently and sustainably. We support customers across the sector through intelligent platforms, trusted market insight and specialist expertise. We are building a business where people can make a real impact, grow in a specialist market and build a sustainable future with us.

The Role

As a Customer Success Manager for Glenigan, you will manage a portfolio of existing customers who rely on our construction project intelligence to find work, win tenders, and grow their pipelines. This is a permanent, full‑time hybrid role with a 3 days in the office / 2 days from home split. Most of your impact comes from high‑volume, high‑quality phone and video contact where you help customers embed Glenigan into their daily routines. You will do well here if you like fast‑paced work, enjoy seeing your numbers move, and are motivated by hitting and beating clear targets. Whilst this role sits within Customer Success, it requires strong commercial acumen to help navigate contract and renewal negotiations. This element of the role is rewarded with a healthy bonus scheme with a realistic OTE of £52,000.

This is what you’ll be doing:

  • Owning a portfolio of +200 Glenigan subscribers and building strong relationships with users and decision‑makers.
  • Making regular outbound calls and running online meetings to understand customer goals and challenges.
  • Showing customers how to use Glenigan to target projects, track opportunities, and stay ahead of competitors.
  • Delivering focused online demos and training so users leave clear on what to do next.
  • Working at pace, managing a high volume of weekly touchpoints across calls, emails, and video meetings.
  • Monitoring usage, engagement, and satisfaction to spot risks early and protect renewals.
  • Creating simple, focused account plans with clear actions, timelines, and goals for each customer.
  • Having value‑led commercial conversations that uncover upsell and cross‑sell opportunities.
  • Passing qualified opportunities to the Account Management and supporting them with insight from your accounts.
  • Keeping Salesforce and other systems accurate and up to date so activity, risks, and opportunities are visible.
  • Sharing customer feedback with Sales, Product, Marketing, Content, and Finance to help improve our offer.
  • Representing Glenigan and Hubexo professionally in every interaction and owning issues through to resolution.

About You

You enjoy a busy, target‑driven role and get energy from seeing your results improve week by week. You have experience in account management, customer success, inside sales, telesales, or a similar customer‑facing role. You might be stepping up from BDR or telesales into account management, or you may already be an Account Manager ready for more growth. You are confident on the phone and on video, comfortable presenting your screen and handling questions in real time. You understand how SaaS or subscription businesses work and why onboarding, engagement, and renewals matter. You are comfortable using CRM tools, ideally Salesforce, and you see accurate notes and activity logs as part of doing the job well. You use data and usage reports to decide where to focus, rather than waiting to be told what to do next. You are commercially aware and able to raise upsell or cross‑sell opportunities without feeling pushy or transactional. Experience in the construction industry, or selling into construction or building products, is a plus; you are ready to learn the market if not. You are organised, resilient, and comfortable working at pace across a busy account portfolio. You live our values: you dream big, thrive together with your team, own your results, and do the right thing for customers.

Why Hubexo

We’re not here to coast - we’re here to challenge, grow, and build better. For our people and for our customers. That means we’ll expect a lot from you: ownership, precision, and a drive to lead by example. In return, you’ll get the space to dream big, take smart risks, and be seen, heard, and valued.
