- A commitment to doing the right thing and helping others thrive.
- A willingness to grow, take ownership, and contribute to building a high-performance culture.
This is what you’ll be doing:
- Drafting, editing, and formatting engaging internal content for a range of channels, including intranet articles, all-colleague emails, scripts, and slide decks.
- Helping maintain a consistent tone of voice across all internal content, aligned with Hubexo’s brand and values.
- Working closely with in-house graphic design and motion graphics colleagues to support the creation of branded visual assets for campaigns, presentations, and events.
- Writing clear briefs, managing timelines, and communicating effectively to ensure all creative outputs are accurate, brand-aligned, and delivered on schedule.
- Supporting the planning and delivery of internal events – from virtual Town Halls and leadership Q&As to on-site activations and global culture campaigns.
- Liaising with stakeholders, venues, and suppliers to support event logistics.
- Assisting with event communications, attendee management, post-event engagement, and impact reporting.
- Collaborating across teams including People and Culture, Employer Brand, and Learning and Development to amplify messaging and promote engagement.
- Supporting the production of basic design or multimedia assets where appropriate (training and templates provided).
About you:
- 1–2 years of experience in internal communications, content creation, or related roles.
- Strong written communication skills with an eye for clarity, tone, and engagement.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines with attention to detail.
- Confidence using digital tools such as Microsoft 365, Teams, and basic content publishing platforms.
- Experience coordinating with design or creative teams on visual content development.
What you’ll gain:
- The chance to shape how colleagues experience life at Hubexo during a time of global transformation.
- Opportunities to build your portfolio across campaigns, content, and events.
- Supportive mentoring and development from experienced communications professionals.
