Overall, Purpose: As a Business Development Representative, you’ll build and qualify a pipeline of new business opportunities across the manufacturing and specification sectors. You’ll be the engine behind our growth—connecting with prospects, sparking interest, and handing over qualified leads to our Business Development Managers.
Using outbound outreach, marketing leads, and digital tools, you’ll open doors and start conversations that fuel our sales success.
Principal Job Responsibilities:
- Identify, engage and qualify new business opportunities using outbound campaigns and marketing-generated leads.
- Drive pipeline growth by reaching out via phone, email, social media, and digital channels.
- Book high-quality meetings for the Business Development team—measured and rewarded by set targets.
- Build contact lists and execute outreach campaigns using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and CRM systems.
- Act as a key connection between Marketing and Sales—sharing insights, feedback, and campaign performance.
- Manage your pipeline and activities within the CRM.
- Demonstrate solution-selling skills and a consultative approach.
- Champion a first-class customer experience with every interaction.
- Represent the Hubexo brand with confidence, integrity, and ambition.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Proven outbound sales experience (D)
- Background in construction, architecture, or manufacturing (D)
- Strong phone and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Understanding of the sales cycle and customer journey
- Creative, curious, and confident in outreach approaches
