Build your own pipeline and own the sale from first conversation to close. We’re looking for a Business Development Manager to join CIS powered by Hubexo in Belfast. This is genuine new business development. You’ll research prospective customers, open conversations with senior decision makers and build your own pipeline. From there, you’ll understand what matters commercially, show where CIS can add value and own opportunities through to close.
What you’ll be doing:
- Prospecting and creating your own new business opportunities
- Building and managing a healthy sales pipeline
- Speaking with senior decision makers across the construction market
- Understanding customer priorities and demonstrating the value of CIS project intelligence
- Qualifying opportunities and maintaining momentum through the sales process
- Owning opportunities through to a decision and winning new customers
- Keeping your CRM and next steps accurate
About you:
You’ll need experience of B2B new business sales and a track record of creating opportunities rather than waiting for them. You’ll be comfortable prospecting, opening cold conversations and building credibility with senior decision makers. You’ll know how to qualify an opportunity, keep it moving and take responsibility for the outcome. Experience in SaaS, data, market intelligence or construction could help, but strong transferable new business experience matters more.
What you get:
Competitive base salary with £55,000 OTE in year one, rising to £70,000 OTE in year two, with uncapped commission. You’ll spend three days each week with us at our Belfast hub, working through opportunities, sharing what’s working and learning from the people around you. The other two days can be worked from home.
