We’re looking for a Business Development Sales Professional to join our welcoming and high‑performing sales team. What You’ll Be Doing

  • You will build pipeline through proactive outreach and intelligent conversations with B2B decision‑makers.
  • You will qualify hard, uncover commercial drivers, and progress opportunities with pace and control.
  • You will deliver confident, value‑led demos and proposals that make the outcome clear and commercial.
  • You will maintain at least three times pipeline cover against your quarterly target and keep Salesforce clean and current so your forecast is credible.
  • You will handle objections, negotiate with discipline, and close consistently.
  • You will collaborate with Marketing and the wider Sales team, sharing insight that improves targeting, messaging, and conversion.

About You

  • You deliver against clear activity and productivity standards across outreach, discovery, demos, proposals, and conversion.
  • You build consistent weekly output, not occasional spikes.
  • You keep your CRM honest and your forecast accurate.
  • You can talk through your numbers and your wins, and you want to improve quickly through coaching.
