As a Business Development Manager, you’ll be selling market-leading NBS solutions into high-value manufacturers—often into rooms where your knowledge, commercial edge, and resilience will be tested.
You’ll hunt for new opportunities, open doors others can’t, and turn conversations into revenue. Every quarter starts at zero—and the expectation is that you’ll smash through your target, not scrape over the line. If you’re the type who thrives on the chase and the buzz of closing, you’ll fit right in.

About You:
You’re not afraid to put in the hours when the month-end push is on. You’re motivated by results, not activity. You know how to keep going when others slow down.
- Proven track record of smashing B2B sales targets.
- Consultative, value-based selling style that builds trust fast.
- Confident presenting to senior decision-makers and holding your own in challenging conversations.
- Strong commercial acumen—you understand numbers and how to make them move.
- CRM experience and a disciplined sales process.
- Experience in SaaS, manufacturing, or construction a bonus.
