This is a genuine new business role. You’ll build your own pipeline by researching prospects, opening conversations and uncovering what matters commercially. You’ll show where CIS can add value, qualify opportunities honestly and own the journey through to close. You’ll work from our Belfast hub three days a week and from home for the other two. When we’re together, we share what’s working, work through challenges and help each other keep opportunities moving.

What you’ll make happen:

  • Build and maintain a healthy pipeline through consistent prospecting
  • Research prospective customers and identify where CIS could create genuine commercial value
  • Reach senior decision makers and lead conversations that uncover their priorities and buying process
  • Show how CIS construction project intelligence can support the customer’s commercial goals
  • Qualify opportunities honestly, agree clear next steps and keep accurate CRM records
  • Own each opportunity through to a clear decision and win new customers

About you:

You will need experience of winning new B2B business and the confidence to create opportunities rather than wait for them. We are likely to be a good match if you:

  • Are comfortable prospecting consistently and opening cold conversations
  • Ask direct questions, listen carefully and understand what matters commercially
  • Can build credibility with senior decision makers and handle challenging conversations constructively
  • Know how to qualify opportunities, maintain momentum and take responsibility for results

Experience selling SaaS, data or market intelligence would be useful. Construction knowledge could also help, but neither is required if your new business approach transfers.

Why CIS:

CIS powered by Hubexo provides construction project intelligence that helps businesses find opportunities and make informed commercial decisions. You’ll be working with an established proposition in a defined market, with a clear reason for customers to listen: better visibility of construction projects and opportunities that could support their growth. You’ll own the journey from first conversation to new customer.

What you get:

  • Competitive base salary with £55,000 OTE in year one, rising to £70,000 OTE in year two, and uncapped commission
  • An established construction intelligence proposition with a defined market
  • Ownership of the complete new business journey, from creating an opportunity to winning the customer
  • The chance to use your experience and make a visible contribution to CIS growth

Ready to build your future? If you enjoy creating new business from the first conversation and taking ownership through to close, we’d like to hear from you.
