What You’ll Be Doing:
- Build pipeline through proactive outreach and intelligent conversations with B2B decision-makers.
- Qualify hard, uncover commercial drivers, and progress opportunities with pace and control.
- Deliver confident, value-led demos and proposals that make the outcome clear and commercial.
- Maintain at least three-times pipeline cover against quarterly targets and keep Salesforce clean and current so forecast is credible.
- Handle objections, negotiate with discipline, and close consistently.
- Collaborate with Marketing and the wider Sales team, sharing insight that improves targeting, messaging, and conversion.
About You:
- Deliver against clear activity and productivity standards across outreach, discovery, demos, proposals, and conversion.
- Build consistent weekly output, not occasional spikes.
- Keep your CRM honest and forecast accurate.
- Can discuss numbers and wins, and want to improve quickly through coaching.
