We’re looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager to join our growing sales team in Belfast.
About you
- You’re commercially curious, motivated, and love seeing results.
- You have 2+ years of B2B sales experience, a proven record of hitting targets, and confidence in both communication and presentation.
- You’re proactive about learning, comfortable using CRMs (Hubspot experience is a plus), and eager to grow.
- Experience in the construction or SaaS sector is a bonus, not a requirement.
What you’ll do
- Drive new business by engaging with B2B decision-makers in the construction sector.
- Lead confident, value-driven conversations that uncover customer needs and challenges.
- Deliver product demonstrations that show the difference Hubexo data can make.
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline using CRM, phone, messaging and email.
- Present and negotiate proposals that turn prospects into long-term customers.
- Close deals confidently across phone, video, and in-person meetings.
- Exceed activity and revenue targets through focus, energy, and ownership.
What you’ll get
- Ownership: This is a hands-on role where you’ll own the full sales cycle, from first contact to close and play a key role in shaping our UK growth story.
- You’ll receive structured onboarding, expert coaching, and a short sales cycle where many of our team start earning commission within eight weeks.
- Location: Hubexo Belfast City Centre Hub (Close to public transport links).
- Hybrid Flexibility: 3 days in person collaboration, 2 days from home. Mon-Fri: 09:00-17:30 inclusive of lunch.
