About you

  • You’re commercially curious, motivated, and love seeing results.
  • You have 2+ years of B2B sales experience, a proven record of hitting targets, and confidence in both communication and presentation.
  • You’re proactive about learning, comfortable using CRMs (Zoho experience is a plus), and eager to grow.
  • Experience in the construction or SaaS sector is a bonus, not a requirement.

We’re looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager to join our growing sales team in Belfast. This is a hands-on role where you’ll own the full sales cycle, from first contact to close and play a key role in shaping our UK growth story.

You’ll receive structured onboarding, expert coaching, and a short sales cycle where many of our team start earning commission within eight weeks.
