The Role: Customer Success Specialist / Account Manager – Drive Customer Engagement at Hubexo Ireland
Location: Belfast (Central) Hybrid 3 days per week office based

As a Customer Success Account Management Specialist, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our customers fully adopt and benefit from our platforms—driving engagement, retention, and growth.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with CIS customers
- Ensuring customers maximize the value of CIS Ireland’s intelligence platform
- Using a consultative approach to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions
- Proactively engaging decision-makers via calls, video meetings, email, social media, and events
- Generating leads for upsell opportunities and passing them to the sales team
- Delivering online product demonstrations and presentations
- Monitoring customer engagement to identify risks and improve retention
What You’ll Need to Succeed:
- Experience in customer success, account management, or lead generation
- Strong relationship-building skills with a consultative mindset
- Ability to showcase product benefits and demonstrate ROI to customers
- A proactive and results-driven approach
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
