The Role: Account Manager – Bournemouth

This is a relationship-led, insight-driven role. You’ll be the trusted partner who guides clients from onboarding through to adoption, unlocking deeper value at every stage. You’ll spot opportunities, solve challenges, and make sure every customer feels supported, understood, and excited about what’s next.

This is what you’ll be doing:

  • Build trust and loyalty by being a strategic advisor, not just a point of contact
  • Deliver engaging onboarding, training, and demo sessions that inspire action
  • Know your accounts inside out — track engagement, analyse usage, and act on the data
  • Create tailored account plans to boost retention and uncover upsell opportunities
  • Spot early signs of churn and take proactive steps to re-engage customers
  • Champion the full power of Hubexo’s product portfolio
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Marketing to make the customer journey seamless
  • Keep Salesforce and account records accurate, always
  • Share insights and ideas that help us improve and innovate

About You

  • Experience in SaaS, subscription, or service-led environments where you’ve made a measurable impact
  • Confident relationship-builder who leads conversations with authority and stays calm under pressure
  • Skilled with Salesforce, Excel, and video conferencing tools
  • Naturally curious, quick to learn, and adaptable
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities without losing sight of the customer
  • Bonus: knowledge of the construction sector or experience with adjacent industries
