Role & Responsibilities:
- Regional Strategy: Design and spearhead the People & Culture strategy for Hubexo's APAC operations (including Singapore, Australia, New Zealand, and Southeast Asia), aligning regional talent initiatives with the global Sweden-based headquarters.
- Organizational Transformation: Lead the integration of legacy brands (e.g., Byggfakta, BCI Central) into the unified Hubexo global network, ensuring a cohesive high-performance culture across diverse markets.
- Strategic Talent Acquisition: Oversee executive-level hiring and the sourcing of niche technical talent within the Construction Technology (ConTech) and SaaS sectors, critical to Hubexo's market leadership.
- Talent Development & Mobility: Design regional leadership programs and "High-Potential" (HiPo) frameworks to facilitate knowledge transfer between European and Asian hubs.
- Workforce Planning & Compliance: Manage regional HR budgets and ensure all people operations in Singapore adhere to MOM guidelines and the Fair Consideration Framework (FCF).
- Performance & Compensation: Architect the regional OKR/KPI framework and design competitive benchmarking for the APAC tech market to ensure retention of top-tier professionals.
Requirements Experience:
- Minimum of 8 years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Industry Expertise: Proven track record in the SaaS or Construction Technology (ConTech) industries is highly desirable.
- Change Management: Demonstrated experience in M&A integration or unifying multiple legacy brands under a single corporate culture.
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Communication: Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at the executive level and collaborate effectively with global headquarters.
