Drive Effective Marketing Communications for the Polatis Business Unit
Strategic Alignment: Manage the Polatis marketing communication plan in line with HUBER+SUHNER COM and IND strategies.
Content & Collateral: Create and maintain compelling product and sales materials, website content, and social media presence to strengthen brand visibility.
Campaign Execution: Plan and deliver product launches, trade events, and promotional initiatives globally.

Main Tasks, Duties, Authorization Limits and Deputy Functions
Strategic Marketing Communications: Develop and manage the marketing communication plan for the Polatis Business Unit, ensuring alignment with HUBER+SUHNER COM and IND strategies. Define and execute the optimal marketing mix to achieve communication objectives. Prepare and manage the annual marketing communications budget for Polatis BU.
Content Creation and Collateral Management: Oversee the creation of sales and product collateral, including presentations, white papers, datasheets, flyers, and promotional materials. Draw on internal resources to generate a continuous stream of relevant content for all channels. Manage and maintain the Polatis marketing material library (informational, promotional, sales, ordering, and imagery).
Digital and Social Media Management: Maintain and update the polatis.com website via third‑party support; manage transition to hubersuhner.com. Draft and schedule social media content for LinkedIn and X (formerly Twitter), ensuring regular engagement and compliance with HUBER+SUHNER newsroom standards. Manage and update social media channels, ensuring regular engagement and compliance with HUBER+SUHNER branding guidelines, which supports building internal and external branding of HUBER + SUHNER Polatis.
Event and Campaign Execution: Organize Polatis participation in trade shows, conferences, and virtual events, including logistics and demo equipment. Plan and execute global product launches in collaboration with product and market management. Lead Polatis‑focused sales promotion initiatives across sales organizations and exhibitions.
Positioning and Messaging: Work closely with Business Development, Product Management, and Sales to refine positioning and messaging into compelling value propositions. Ensure Polatis stands out in key markets through differentiated communication strategies.
Compliance and Reporting: Ensure all marketing communications adhere to HUBER+SUHNER corporate design standards and brand guidelines. Report monthly on marketing KPIs and campaign performance.
Managing a Technical Author: Coordinate with the technical author to ensure timely creation and accuracy of technical documentation, including product datasheets, manuals, and application notes. Provide clear briefs, prioritize tasks, and review outputs for consistency with brand and technical standards. Facilitate collaboration between the technical author, product managers, and engineering teams to maintain high‑quality, customer‑focused documentation.
