Your tasks:
- Develop and execute the Sales Partner Strategy for the EMEA and Americas regions.
- Manage, develop, and expand the international sales partner network.
- Drive sustainable growth of the partner business through indirect sales channels.
- Support design-in activities in close collaboration with sales partners.
- Collaborate with partners to enhance digital platforms and leverage emerging technologies (e.g., AI).
- Identify new market opportunities and support the acquisition of strategic key projects.
- Plan and execute joint customer activities and business reviews with sales partners.
- Analyze market trends, competitive developments, and customer requirements, and derive appropriate actions.
- Organize partner trainings, webinars, and international Sales Partner events.
Your profile:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field, complemented by further education in Sales, Business Development or Key Account Management.
- Several years of experience in technical sales with a proven track record of developing new markets and business opportunities.
- Experience in contract negotiations and strategic customer management.
- Solid knowledge of the railway industry and a strong technical understanding.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and networking skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset combined with strong negotiation capabilities and a well-established professional network.
- Self-driven, proactive, and results-oriented working style.
- Fluent in English; additional language skills are an asset.
- Willingness to travel approximately 30–50% within the EMEA and Americas regions.
