We are looking for Production Operative / Cable Harness Technician to join our growing manufacturing team in Newcastle-under-Lyme. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity working on high-quality specialist products for customers in defence, aerospace, rail, marine, and motorsport. If you have experience in cable harness assembly or a similar hands-on manufacturing role, we would love to hear from you.
We offer a competitive hourly rate, a £500 signing-on bonus for candidates with 2+ years relevant experience (upon completion of 90-day probationary period), and full training on our products, processes, and systems.
Responsibilities- Build products in accordance with drawings, work instructions and quality standards.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment.
- Follow internal processes and quality procedures.
You will be trained to carry out a range of assembly and manufacturing tasks, including: Wire Preparation (Cutting).
