We\’re seeking a German-speaking Partner Marketing Manager to join a globally diverse team in a fast-paced B2B tech environment. 💼 About the Role As a Partner Marketing Manager, you\’ll act as a trusted advisor to IT resellers and distributors, helping them build and execute high-ROI marketing strategies-even with limited budgets. You\’ll blend consultancy, project management, and hands-on campaign execution to support growth across EMEA. 🌍 What You\’ll Be Doing Develop and implement partner marketing plans aligned with business goals across 4 countries. Serve as the primary marketing advisor for 25+ SMB partners and one distributor. Build strong relationships with decision-makers, challenging outdated tactics and driving innovation. Design and support cost-effective campaigns (digital and offline), including webinars and one annual in-person event. Collaborate on partner recruitment, MDF requests, and compliance. Analyze campaign KPIs and deliver insights. Manage external agencies and vendors to ensure quality deliverables. Support supplier relationships to renew contracts and expand product reach.🧠 What You\’ll Bring 4-5 years of experience in partner marketing or management (preferably in tech). Native-level German fluency. Proven ability to innovate and drive results with limited resources. Expertise across digital (SEO, paid media, email, social) and offline (events, telemarketing).
