Overview
We\βre partnering with a leading digital agency renowned for its work with top-tier gaming companies. They\βre seeking a Freelance Associate Director to support their Gaming team on a part-time basis (2-3 days per week). This is a strategic and hands-on role for someone deeply embedded in the gaming industry, with experience across AAA titles and strong industry relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership and guidance to Account Managers (AMs) and Account Executives (AEs) within the Gaming team.
- Act as a senior point of contact for gaming clients, ensuring high-quality delivery and alignment with client goals.
- Use your deep industry knowledge to shape campaign strategies and creative direction.
- Utilise existing relationships with specialist gaming sites to amplify campaign reach and effectiveness.
- Contribute to new business efforts and pitch development within the gaming vertical.
Required Experience
- Minimum of 3 AAA gaming projects worked on, with demonstrable impact.
- Strong network and contacts at specialist gaming media outlets and platforms.
- Proven ability to mentor and guide junior team members.
