Hubble is one of the UK’s leading PropTech startups, recently acquired by international real-estate software company, Yardi, to continue changing the face of commercial property. We’ve built the best online platform to help businesses rent, manage and share office space. Our mission is to find the perfect home for every company. We’re on the lookout for an Associate Account Executive to join our Office Advisory / Broker Team.

You will have 1-2 years of experience in sales or account management. You should be willing to get stuck in, with a very ‘hands-on’ approach and work autonomously in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment. This role is an opportunity to operate at the forefront of the changing face of real-estate and use your skills to make an impact on the London market. The salary for this role is £34,000 per annum plus sales commission.

Responsibilities:
  • Be a Trusted Advisor: Stay up to date with London’s flexible office market trends, pricing, and availability to provide clients with expert guidance and competitive insights.
  • Client Relationship Management: Create and maintain relationships with medium and large businesses in the London area.
  • Handle Inbound Enquiries: Receive and prioritise inbound office leads generated from the Hubble site. Discuss requirements and send recommendations to clients. Drive conversion from lead to viewing.
  • Deal Negotiation.
