INFINITY NEXUS LTD is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operations Manager to join our team in Romford, United Kingdom. This is a Full-Time, permanent position offering a competitive salary range of £35,000 to £68,100 per annum, dependent on experience. The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record of improving efficiency and managing day-to-day business activities. You will play a crucial role in overseeing and optimising our operational processes, ensuring that our business runs smoothly and meets its strategic goals.
Responsibilities- Oversee and manage daily business operations to ensure seamless workflow and productivity.
- Develop, implement, and maintain effective operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency.
- Lead, motivate, and support a large team within a time-sensitive and demanding environment, including career development and performance management.
- Analyse and improve organisational processes, working to improve quality, productivity, and efficiency.
- Manage budgets and forecasts, and ensure financial targets are met.
- Liaise with senior management to align operational activities with company-wide strategic objectives.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant legal and health and safety regulations.
- Identify and address operational problems and opportunities for improvement.
- Proven experience as an Operations Manager or in a similar senior leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of operational management principles and business functions, including finance, HR, and procurement.
- Excellent organisational, leadership, and decision-making skills.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of engaging with staff at all levels.
