INVICTA LINUX LIMITED is a forward-thinking technology company committed to innovation and excellence. We are looking for an experienced and motivated HR Manager to join our team and lead our Human Resources department. This is a full-time position based in our office in Westwood, United Kingdom. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that align with our business goals, fostering a positive workplace culture, and managing all aspects of the employee lifecycle.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that are aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment, selection, and onboarding process to attract and retain high-calibre talent.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for employee relations, addressing demands, grievances, and other issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Support the company's growth by developing, engaging, and motivating our team.
  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
  • Maintain a competitive pay and benefits programme, ensuring it is current and compliant.
  • Assess training needs to apply and monitor professional development programmes.
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management in accordance with UK employment law.

Qualifications

  • Proven working experience as an HR Manager or in a similar senior HR role.
  • In-depth knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices.
  • Excellent people management skills and a results-driven approach.
  • Demonstrable experience with HR metrics and familiarity with HR systems and databases.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to architect strategy.
  • Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • The competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the organisation.
  • A degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • CIPD qualification (Level 5 or above) is highly desirable.
