This contract position is for a Hospitality Lecturer based on-site in Edinburgh. The role involves delivering engaging and comprehensive hospitality-related lectures, crafting course material, assessing students' performance, and staying updated with industry trends. The Lecturer will also mentor students and collaborate with the team to enhance course offerings, ensuring alignment with industry standards.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Event Planning, and related subjects
  • Strong communication, teaching, and presentation skills
  • Curriculum development, educational facilitation, and student mentorship experience
  • Knowledge of industry trends, tools, and best practices
  • Proficiency in planning and organizing instructional materials
  • Commitment to fostering an inclusive and positive learning environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field; a higher degree is a plus
