Lead Training Specialist / Training Manager
Location: Belfast (Hybrid, min 50% office-based)
We have an exciting opportunity for a Lead Training Specialist / Training Manager to support the Senior Training & Quality Manager. The role involves empowering individuals through impactful training experiences, primarily focusing on product training for HUB Financial Services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and manage compliant training content for HUB FS, including product, soft skills, and systems training aligned with the HUB T&C Framework.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop interactive training content for various audiences, including new hires and existing staff wishing to cross-skill.
- Anticipate future changes and trends to ensure the business responds promptly and compliantly.
- Utilize customer feedback and research insights to improve training quality.
- Develop and oversee a comprehensive, accessible, and up-to-date training library.
- Deliver in-person and online training sessions.
- Schedule training sessions and manage team calendars.
- Serve as the escalation point for technical advice related to advice journeys delivered by non-qualified personnel.
- Provide first-line management, coaching, and professional development for training personnel.
Skills and Experience:
- Experience in a customer-centric training environment.
- Knowledge of various learning methods and theories.
- Project management skills with a track record of meeting deadlines.
- Previous line management experience.
- Proven success in delivering training systems that enhance staff performance and development.
- CIPD or relevant qualifications in L&D, digital learning design, or facilitation.
