Were a growing family of restaurants, known for award-winning burgers, craft beers and good times. This role is all about helping us shout louder about what we do, building excitement around our brand, and making sure our customers feel part of the Hub Box experience.

What Youll Be Doing

  • Running our social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and always scouting whats next).
  • Creating original, engaging content (posts, reels, stories, emailers, graphics).
  • Capturing and editing photos and videos that tell the Hub Box story.
  • Sending out emailers to keep our customers in the loop and excited.
  • Supporting marketing for events and new restaurant launches.
  • Building relationships with influencers, bloggers and local partners.
  • Bringing fresh ideas by keeping an eye on what other influential brands are doing, and suggesting ways we can improve or stay on trend.

What Were Looking For

  • A creative with a knack for making content people actually want to see.
  • Experience with Photoshop, Adobe Express, and social media scheduling tools.
  • Confident across all major platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook).
  • A natural communicator with strong writing skills.
  • Someone who loves food, drink and hospitality, and gets what makes it special.
  • A background in social media or digital marketing (hospitality experience a big plus).
  • Example accounts youve run that show your talent and ability to build a following.
  • Organised, detail-oriented, and able to juggle projects without breaking a sweat.
  • Comfortable working solo but also buzzing off collaboration.

The role

This can be a full or part-time role for the right candidate. Youll be the face of our brand online, creating content, running campaigns and helping to grow our community. Youll also travel to our restaurants from time to time (travel covered by us) to capture content and stay connected with the teams. Pay will be dependent on experience.
